'BovoMax' Bovine Serum Albumin

General Description: Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) is the major protein species found in bovine blood plasma and has applications in life science disciplines such as cell culture, in-vitro diagnostics, human and veterinary pharmaceuticals, molecular biology, serology and general research.
Bovogen Biologicals' BSA (Fraction V) is manufactured using a proprietary heat shock process under GMP conditions. The purity of Bovogen Biologicals' BSA is consistently measured at 99 – 100%.
Bovogen Biologicals' BovoMax BSA product is a bovine IgG free, protease free, standard grade reagent ideal for diagnostic and research applications that require high protein purity.
Raw Material Origin: Manufactured from the plasma of animals of 100% Australian origin that have undergone veterinary ante- and post-mortem inspection and have been approved for human consumption.
Appearance: Pale-cream to white coloured, lyophilized powder.

Certificate of Suitability: Bovogen Biologicals’ BSA has a Certificate of Suitability (RO CEP 2005-293-Rev 00) from the European Directorate of Quality Medicines (EDQM).
Documentation: A Certificate of Analysis is supplied with all BSA orders. A Certificate of Origin is also supplied for export orders.
Storage and Handling: Product is shipped at ambient temperature however, recommended storage is at 2-8°C.
